On February 20th – 21st, the 10th Summer Camp Karate Shinkyokushin was held and 40-year-Karate experience of Shihan Denivaldo Carvalho was celebrated.
Besides much training various competitions were held with lots of fun.
Participants trained on the beach at 5 o’clock in the morning, with energy of sunrise.
On the second day, grading examination was conducted by Shihan Carvalho.
20 members challenged 1st Dan, and 2 members each challenged 2nd Dan and 3rd Dan.
The tests were: kihon, idogeiko, kata, physical test with flexibility, abdominal, squats, tameshiwari test and tameshiwari with tobi yoko geri, and kumite.
