The 17th West Bengal State Fullcontact Karate Championship was a grand success.
The event took place at Harish Park, Kolkata, on 28th & 29th December 2013. There were around 200 participants from different districts ( like Birbhum , Burdwan , Bankura, Midnapore , South 24 parganas, North 24 parganas , Kolkata etc ).
There were three categories i.e. Kata, Kihon & Kumite.Around 40 female participants were there in this Tournament. The tournament was under the supervision of Branch Chief of India Shihan Shivaji Ganguly, 6th degree Black Belt, who was the supreme judge of the tournamnet. The jury of judges were Sensei Souvik Chakroborty and sensei Shibayan Ganguly.
