Georgia branch held the Adjara Cup in absolute weight category on 12th and 13th February in Batumi, Georgia. The tournament was complied with all the recommendations to prevent the propagation of Covid-19.
This tournament was a prelude to the European Championship selection tournament to be held in March. Twenty-six athletes competed, and the bouts were live-broadcasted on TV.
The tournament was supported by the Minister of Sports of Georgia and attended by the Deputy Minister of Sports.
