The representatives of China Shihan Koichi Okumura the China branch chief YingJie Sun organized a Dan test and a training seminar with the 9 th World Champion Shihan Takayuki Tsukagoshi and the 13 th World Champion Sensei Kembu Iriki in ShangHai, China, on April 19th and 20th ,2024.
On the 19th, the first day, there were 19 participants participating in the Dan test including 9 contacts from different dojo all over China. Finally, all of them passed the test after a strict exam before Shihan Koichi Okumura.
On the second day, the seminar was successfully held by Shihan Koichi Okumura and Yingjie Sun.
There were around 80 participants in the seminar (adults and kids) including 20 persons from other organizations. Two World Champion, Shihan Takayuki Tsukagoshi and Sensei Kembu Iriki shared their specific techniques to them detailly and shared the experience of how to use the techniques in different situations. Before the end, Sensei Iriki fought kumite with the Black belts and Brown belts. Kumite with the world Champion was great and encouraged all the participants.
