On Saturday, December 3, European Championship in Open Weight Categories 2022 took place in Warsaw. Sixty competitors from 12 countries competed in one Open-weight category.
There was only one set of medals to win in each women and men category, so it was even more difficult to get to the medal zone. Out of six medals, Polish fighters won two – gold and bronze, and thanks to that the Polish national team won in the team classification.
Sports Hall at ul. Staffa 3/5 was full of people. The tournament was watched live by nearly 800 spectators, and the live streaming on the internet was watched by 11,000 people.
