On February 17-18, WKO Indonesia celebrated its 35th Anniversary and simultaneously conducted a Karate seminar and grading exam in Jakarta.
For this event, 8 countries from the WKO Asia gathered together and celebrated the anniversary event.
On February 18th, a total of 170 people participated in the morning seminar led by President Midori, Shihan Koi, and Sensei Tsukagoshi who had been invited from Japan.
The grading exam in which 31 members participated was held in the afternoon, and 27 members passed it.
The celebration party was held in the evening, and all 170 members joined the celebration party and spent a good time up to night.
Shihan J. B. Sujoto was appointed as Branch Chief in the end of year 1981, and has been leading the organization in Indonesia since then.
Indonesia Branch will be further developed with his leadership as well as support from all Branch Chiefs and members in the future.
