Postponement of the Dream Festival 2020 International Championship

At the JKO board meeting in March (held on 27th March), it was decided to postpone the Dream Festival 2020 International Championship. (The alternative dates are to be determined later.)
The postponed Dream Festival will be held as a national championship, not as an international version.
