The PFKS (Polish Shinkyokushinkai Karate Federation) held a Kata Seminar & Referee Course on 24-26 March 2017 in Olympic Training Centre (Spala). The seminar was led by Shihan Shinichi Sotodate, while the course was led by the Vice-Chairman of the EKO Referee Committee, Shihan Alexander Goncharenko. 128 Karateka from Polish clubs standardized and raised their knowledge of Kata as well as raised their judges qualifications during the course of the two-step exam.
