Emi Shoguchi and Kensuke Tsuji spent an intense week in Poland at the annual Shinkyokushinkai Karate Winter Seminar organized by Branch Chief Remigiusz Karpiński.
The program included several training sessions in Starachowice and Ełk, divided into youth, adults, and children. In Starachowice, the participants were welcomed by the Mayor of Starachowice, Mr. Marek Mastalerek. In Ełk, the participants were welcomed by the Mayor of the city, Mr. Tomasz Andrukiewicz. Nearly 600 participants took part in the entire three-day seminar. After the seminar, there was time to visit Warsaw, Krakow, Oświęcim, and Zakopane. Thanks to Mr. Stanisław Kundzicz for translating during the stay of the Japanese instructors.
