On July 26-28, Kyokushin Fighting Spirit Camp took place at the MOSiR facilities in Sieradz.
The event was attended by over 60 people who, for three days, had the opportunity to move into the world of Kyokushin Karate, created by Masutatsu Oyama.
The ceremonial opening was performed by the Mayor of the City of Sieradz, Mr. Paweł Osiewała. As part of the camp, 8 training sessions were held, including: Ido, Kata, Kumite and outdoor trainings in the Warta river and at the Sieradz Market Square.
In addition to training, the program included lectures on health prevention and a healthy lifestyle. Dan and kyu grade exams were also held. The training camp ended with exam fights. We hope to see you next year.
