The Basiak Branch Youth Summer Camp was held at the Polish seaside city of Junoszyno on July 3-15, with Shihan Kumiko Sunakawa as the special instructor. The instructors and 100 participants had interesting trainings with the great instructor from Japan, covering the elements of Kihon, Ido, Kata, and Kumite. In between the trainings, vists to the Old Town of Gdansk, the Old Castle in Malbork, and a recreation park were carried out. The organizers are looking forward to the next visit by Shihan Sunakawa.
