A summer camp organized by Sensei Kevin Vallee on September 3rd to 5th, 2016, was held in Ste-Anne-des-Monts (Quebec).
The invited instructors were Shihan Howard Collins and Shihan Brian Fitkin from Sweden, who are highly recognized for their great technical knowledge.
The camp hosted more than 160 participants from Canada and the United States with ideal temperatures. Shihan Collins and Shihan Fitkin reviewed the katas, the kihon and did bunkai demonstrations.
This gathering was an optimal venue in creating new links which also allowed Shihan Guy Salter, Canadian representative, to promote Shinkyokushinkai. All participants were very satisfied with the quality of education they received from the guests and many have stated that the event was a success. The event ended with a huge fire on the beach along with music and fireworks.
