The South Brazilian Fullcontact Karate Championship was held in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, on April 23rd, 2016.
60 athletes from Santa Catarina, Sao Paulo, and Rio Grande do Sul participated in the championship, and competed in the categories of Kumite and Kata.
On the same day, Shihan Denivaldo Carvalho held a seminar for Kihon and Kata.
After the seminar, a grading exam was also held, and 4 students were approved to promote to 3rd Dan (Daniel Sam), 2nd Dan (Jerri Naval), and 1st Dan (Luciano Diniz and Willian Bonfim).
