Uzbekistan Branch held the summer camp in Namangan city from 29th to 31st August.
More than 60 members participated in the seminar. The first day of the workshop is the practice of Kihon and Ido. The second day was the Kumite Seminar, in which we focused on endurance in combat and the fighting techniques. The last day was devoted to the Kata training.
