Uzbekistan instructor seminar took place on 27th September at Sergeli Secondary School No.322 in Tashkent, dedicated to the day of teachers and mentors on October 1.
The instructors from Navoi, Bukhara, Samarkand regions and Tashkent city attended the seminar.
The session started by the well-studied lessons of Kihon,Ido,and Kata, then followed by 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups, and finished by 10 consecutive fights.
After this seminar, the international seminars, master classes and “Toshkent Open ” 2021 are planned.
Tashkent is administratively divided into 11 districts: Almazar, Bektemir, Mirabad, Mirzo-Ulugbek, Sergeli, Uchtepa, Chilanzar, Shaikhantakhur, Yunusabad, Yakkasaray, and Yashnabad. The city has more than 5 million inhabitants.
