Uzbekistan Winter Seminar for Trainers and Instructors 2023 was held at Uzbekistan Branch Honbu on January 21st-22nd 2023, in Navoi, Uzbekistan. The trainers and instructors from several different regions participated in the two-day seminar.
The first day started with the referee seminar, which lasted more than 3 hours. Then, the guest speakers with pedagogical, psychological, medical, and military background were invited to give the lectures: the study of Pedagogy and Psychology lasted 2 hours, then followed by the speeches from police officer and representative of the Prosecutor’s office for 1 hour.
The last menu of the day was the 1 hour first aid training.
The second day, the participants had 4 hours of Kata teaching, 2 hours of Kihon and Ido, then 1 hour of Kumite and physical activities. Lastly, the grading exam was successfully held to conclude the whole seminar.
