Uzbekistan Branch Kata Seminar took place on 28th August in Tashkent.
This seminar was dedicated to the 29th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 1st September. Due to the COVID-19, the participation was limited up to the 1st Dan members. The participants trained the Katas; Taikyoku 1,2, and 3, Pinan 1,2,3,4 and 5, Tensho, Sanchin, Tsuki no Kata, Yantsu, and Saiha for more than 3 hours. Then, there was sparring and physical endurance training. Our goal is to develop Shinkyokushinkai in Uzbekistan and the capital city of Tashkent. The international seminars and championships are scheduled as next events.
