Uzbekistan Branch held a winter camp for instructors in Navoi on January 25-26, which has been annually held for over 27 years.
On the 1st day, participants practiced Kihon, Ido, and Kumite for 6 hours.
On the 2nd day, a workshop for Kata was held for more than 3 hours. Then, medicine and First Aid for athletes were studied for 1 hour. Another hour has been spent to study pedagogy and psychology.
After these classes, there was a meeting, and plans for year 2020 were discussed. Over 3 international championships, camps, workshops, and tournaments were planned.
There were also exams for theory of Shinkyokushinkai Karate, pedagogy, and psychology.
All instructors successfully completed all requirements and received certificates.
